World Scout Jamboree 2019

We have just opened World Scout Jamboree 2019 Participant Applications.

We have 36 participant places available to attend the Jamboree in North America in July and August 2019.

Details are available on our new County website and our Facebook Page.

Applications must be completed using the forms, successful applicants from that stage will be invited to a selection weekend being held on the 25^th and 26^th November 2017.

Costs are yet to be fully confirmed but are expected to be less than £4000.00 per participant. Everyone going will be expected to take part in fundraising coordinated by the Unit.

We have already registered a domain name for our Unit (www.wsj2019.org.uk). Our Unit 43 will have a website up and running soon, so they can share their preparations and adventures. We have also setup a Facebook page for the Unit, when that is up and running that will be another way to keep up to date with the exploits of the Unit.

Please share as widely as you can so as many Young People have the opportunity to apply as possible.
