We are limited to 20 places on the programme, if you would like to be considered fill in the application now! This programme is designed for Adult Volunteers that would like to hold senior volunteer management roles within Scouting in the future. These roles include Group Scout Leader and District Commissioner, they also include National level roles such as County Commissioner, Regional Commissioner and National Commissioner. This programme has been put together with a well known Business School and has been designed to building on Leadership and Management skills. Whilst many skills learnt in Scouting can also be used in life, the skills covered in this programme would be useful in the Workplace, as support for applications for Academic study and for life in general.
